Diagnostic Services

Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic services to care for your pets’ complete health care needs.

Surgical Services

Surgeries are scheduled Monday through Friday by appointment. Our surgeries are dropped off at 7:30 am. Nearly all of our patients go home the same day as surgery, around 3-4 pm unless specified otherwise. We provide general surgical services such as spays and neuters. We also provide specialized procedures such as cherry eye burials and removals, fracture repairs, and many more procedures depending on the need of your pet(s).

Anesthesia

We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide that extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient’s vital signs such as pulse rate and breathing are monitored during all surgical procedures. We do require Pre-Anesthetic Blood Work 1-2 weeks prior to the scheduled procedure.

Radiology Services

An X-ray can be a helpful and often necessary tool when it comes to diagnosing certain ailments. Our team of skilled Doctors and technicians offer quality digital radiographs. We also offer OFA hip/elbow films.

Laboratory Services

Our in-house laboratory facilities provide for serum chemistry, urinalysis, and parasite testing. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostics and consultations.

Ultrasound

Our veterinarians can utilize ultrasound, which further aids in the diagnosis of the urinary, gastrointestinal, and cardiology systems. We also use ultrasound to help with the reproductive system such as puppy counts for breeding animals.

Pharmacy

We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, and heartworm preventatives (Sentinel, Heartgard, and Revolution) to meet the needs of your pet. If you prefer getting medications from a different pharmacy just let one of our staff members know and we will be happy to write a prescription to be filled elsewhere.

Dentistry

Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, digital dental X-rays, tooth extractions, and oral surgery. After having dental work done we recommend using maintenance products such as oral rinses and daily teeth brushing for your pet. These products are also available at our clinic, please contact one of our veterinarians to discuss which products are best for your pet.

Individualized Flea Control Programs

We carry a wide range of oral and topical flea preventatives that will accommodate your pet, household, and environmental situation.

Dietary Products
