Prescription Refill Requests

Requests are sent directly to our email account, and checked at least twice daily. Please contact us directly via phone if any specific questions/requests. Always allow at least 24-48 hours for us to have your refill ready, especially if ordering on a Saturday night or Sunday. Once your refill has been approved by one of our Veterinarians we will fill it and call you as soon as it is ready.

*If we are unable to refill your prescription for any particular reason, we will be in touch with the details.

*Please note that by California state law, in order to dispense/refill any medications, the animal(s) in question must have been examined by one of our Doctor’s at least once within the year. In some cases, bloodwork is also required a minimum of once per year.

*If the medication being requested today has nothing to do with any previously diagnosed condition(s), a Professional Exam may be required.
