Appointment Policy

We are by appointment only, however, Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If you do not have an appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you with what our schedule will allow with Veterinarians and staff. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, cash, Care Credit, and debit.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Cellular Phone Policy

While at our clinic please refrain from using cellular phones while in the waiting area and in exam rooms. Cellular phones interfere with our equipment being used in surgery and in treatment areas.
